Is there a free plan available?

Yes! Our Free plan includes basic invoicing, expense tracking, and email support for 1 user. It's perfect for getting started and trying out PilotLedger with no credit card required. You can upgrade anytime as your business grows.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions, no questions asked. If you're not completely satisfied with PilotLedger within the first 7 days of your purchase, simply contact our support team and we'll process a full refund. This applies to new subscriptions only; renewals and upgrades are not eligible.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees for changing plans.

How secure is my data with PilotLedger?
